Refund policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.

We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. There are no refunds unless a defective product is received with proof.

NO EXCEPTIONS

If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.

Customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. FiveStarss will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have the desired size available, we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange. 

Once product is received at our location, we will email you to complete the exchange process.
